2.2. Account Security & Loss of Progress
Because our system is fully anonymous and does not collect emails:
- You are solely responsible for securely saving your 6-word Master Recovery Cipher.
- No Recovery Guarantee: If you lose your password AND your 6-word cipher, we have absolutely no way to verify your identity or recover your account. Any lost progress, including earned virtual currency (Coins/Scarabs), cannot be restored or compensated.
2.3. Virtual Currency
In-game currencies ("Wealth" coins, "Honor" scarabs, or energy crystals) hold no real-world monetary value. They cannot be sold, traded, or redeemed for fiat currency. We reserve the right to adjust game economy balances at any time.
2.4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
We offer optional in-app purchases and subscriptions (such as the VIP No-Ads Pass) to enhance your gameplay experience.
- Payment Processing: All real-world financial transactions are securely processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or payment details on our servers.
- Subscriptions: If you purchase a recurring subscription, it will automatically renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the secure Stripe billing portal linked within the game.
- Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of virtual currency and premium benefits, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable. If you experience technical issues with a purchase, please contact our support team.
2.5. Intellectual Property
"Pyramid Code Game", its logo, original mechanics, and the 400+ level designs are the exclusive intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, scrape, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the game or its levels without explicit written permission.
